to make a "booking" simply call 972.896.6998 or e-mail (click here) and reserve your production dates.
note, a "booking" does not guaranty your production date(s), but places these dates on "hold". to guaranty your production date(s), a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. "Hold" provides you with what
we call "first right of refusal".
What this means is, that if another client calls and wants a production date that is already on "hold", we contact
you and notify you that another company is requesting a date that you have placed on "hold". At this time you have the option to guaranty your dates
by placing a non-refundable deposit or you can release the date to the new customer.
any requested dates that are not secured by a deposit should be considered for informational purposes only and not garantied. only when a deposit is
received and cleared by the bank will any dates be considered blocked out from any other clients.

before each production, a 50% deposit will be required before any initial production work is performed by pHAT armadillo productions.
the final invoice of the production will be presented with the final deliverables. The final invoice amount will be due upon receipt. payments will be
accepted by cash, check or certified money order / bank draft. please make all payments payable to pHAT armadillo productions.
